Copy the Consignment Number

Parcel transfer and return service

We provide customers to change the shipping method of the package, send the goods to another place, address, and return it to the seller. (The warehouse will first charge the customer RM20/kg shipping fee. After the express delivery confirms the shipping fee, we will return the difference to the customer)

Check quantity of goods

1.Provide to help customers count the quantity in the package to check whether the sales are under-delivered. 2.The service fee is rm5 for each package, and the service fee for the box is rm10 (our company will not be responsible if the goods are lost or damaged after unpacking and counting). 3.The quantity in a package shall not exceed 40 pieces, and rm5 will be added for every 40 pieces, and so on!

Photo inspection

Customers can request photo proof, such as proof of volume, goods, etc. If necessary, please notify before placing an order.

Erection of wooden racks(sea shipping)

Set up a wooden frame for the entire package to avoid collision damage during transportation.The wooden rack cost will be packaged appropriately according to the size and type of the goods. Cost will be notified in advance and confirmed by the warehouse before processing.(Minimum cost RMB 50/item)

Shipping consignment terms:

1. All materials of the consignment are provided by the shipper. All the responsibilities, risks and expenses arising from the inconsistency of the information provided by the shipper and the goods shall be borne by the shipper.

2. In principle, our company is not responsible for the carriage of fragile goods. If the customer strengthens the packaging, we can be responsible for the carriage, but our company is not responsible for the damage caused during the transportation. In addition, counterfeit goods must be clearly explained to our company. If there is no explanation, all the consequences and responsibilities arising from it shall be borne by the purchaser.

3. The customer can voluntarily purchase insurance for the consigned goods. If the insured goods are lost, they will be compensated according to the following rules: if all the goods are lost, the actual value of the goods shall be compensated, but the maximum amount shall not exceed ten million yuan, and the insurance has not been participated in. If the goods are lost, the compensation will be 3 times the freight of the lost goods.

4. Our company does not assume any responsibility for changes in the nature of the goods.

5. The signature of the shipper or agent means that the above terms and conditions have been accepted by our company, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the shipper or consignee.
